Company History

Neumann Construction Inc. is a local roofing company serving the Brainerd Lakes area. Our founder, Sev Neumann, first got into construction in 1999 when the company he worked for went out of business. A year and a half later, Sev’s friend offered him a job roofing houses in the St. Cloud area, where they primarily did new construction and roofing as many as five houses per week.

Sev started Neumann Construction Inc. in 2005, after he and his wife, Heather, started a family and moved back to the Brainerd Lakes area. Neumann Construction Inc. specializes in installing roofs on lake homes, cabins and residential homes.

In 2012, John Haynes became a part-owner of Neumann Construction Inc.  John has a construction background, lives with his family in Breezy Point and is an active member of the Volunteer Fire Department.

Since Neumann Construction Inc. opened, we have had the privilege to install new roofs on more than 2,500 homes in the area. We continue to provide the highest quality of workmanship and products possible.
