Neumann Construction came out last week and re-roofed my home. They were so timley, the team of roofers were polite, clean, and left our property spotless when they were complete. My kids even enjoyed watching and talking to them through the windows. Very professional and would recommend them to anyone!
Sev has always been a great business partner and takes great care of his customers. It is always nice to have a friend in the construction journey when navigating what to do on your home, and Sev is just that!
Very professional, responsive, and clean work. The Neumann construction crew arrived at our house at 8am, and did a complete shingle removal and replacement the same day. They cleaned up and even went the extra mile by blowing leaves away from the house in the process. Very satisfied with the service!
Reroofed both house and garage. Also replaced 3 skylights on the house. Work was done very professionally and clean up was perfect, both inside and out. I would highly recommend Nuemann Construction for all your roofing needs.

Neumann Construction was hired to repair three trusses that were damaged from a large tree branch and replace the entire asphalt shingle roof. They were honest about their backlog, but showed up to provide a bid when they said they would.
At the start of work, they were delayed by only a few days, but communicated with me each day to let me know their progress and the new estimated day of arrival. I very much appreciate their willingness to keep me informed. I know it is impossible to predict the wea ther delays for this kind of work, but they did great.
Once work started, they worked quickly and kept the site clean. All workers were respectful of my property. When they were finished and gone, you could not even tell they had been there. The final invoice was slightly less than what was quoted, which was great. I would hire them again in an instant. Thanks everyone at Neumann Construction!
Neumann Construction removed our old roof and installed a metal roof on our house. The crew worked efficiently and did a great job. We love the look of our new metal roof. When our project was over they did a very thorough job cleaning up. Thanks guys.
I live in the Twin Cities and own a small cabin in the Brainerd lakes area. It is difficult to find a contractor when you can't rely on friends or family for a recommendation. I found Neumann Construction online and gave them a call. Within minutes they returned my call and provided a quote for my roof within a week. Their estimate was the cheapest of the three I collected - which gave me pause. I believe you get what you pay for.
I went with Neumann Construction because they were so responsive to my questions. The provided me with a timeline and kept me updated as the date approached. They texted questions/updates while they were onsite at my cabin.
When I returned to my cabin I had a new roof! If it wasn't for the new roof I would have no idea they were there. They did an excellent job cleaning up. Within days of the job being completed, I received an invoice. To my surprise, the invoice matched the estimate!
I wish I could give the guys from Neumann Construction an elbow bump, but I don't even know what they look like. The entire project was conducted over the phone and email. I took a leap of faith and I am glad I did. I highly recommend this outfit for your home, cabin, doghouse - really anything.
The crew arrived early and worked a long, hard day in the hot sun. We were amazed that they completed our project in one day, and in fact worked extra hard to finish before our little kids' bedtime.
